Ingredients
- 1 C heavy whipping cream (or whipping cream)
- 2 T to 1/4 C sugar (to taste) caster sugar works best
- optional (choose one)
- 1 tsp vanila extract
- 2 T cocoa with 2 T sugar
- 2 tsp instant coffee granules
Instructions
- Begin with thoroughly chilled cream
- Chill mixing bowl and beaters
- Whip cream on medium speed
- Add sugar while whipping cream
- Cream is whipped when soft peaks form (don’t over whip, it’ll become butter)
